Located in Croydon, Forge Disability Services is a not-for-profit organisation designed to help young adults (16-25) navigate life after school. With structured programs, expert Support Workers, and a strong community focus, we empower young people to develop skills, explore their interests, and build meaningful connections.
OUR PROGRAMS
Tailored Support for Every Stage of Independence

Individual Support
FORGE Individualised Supports are designed to help young adults achieve their personal goals. Participants are carefully matched with Support Workers based on interests and skills, ensuring a meaningful and engaging experience.

Day Program
Leaving school is a major milestone, and Forge’s Adult Day Program helps young adults adjust to this transition. Our structured 10-week programs focus on learning new skills, developing independence, building friendships, and engaging with the community through outings.

Weekend Program
Weekends are for fun, socialisation, and adventure! The Forge Weekend Program is designed for young adults to meet new people, strengthen friendships, improve communication skills, and build confidence through community participation.

Short-Term Accommodation
A night away from home offers young adults the chance to develop independence in a safe, structured environment. Located within St Anthony’s Family Care Village in Croydon, our Short-Term Accommodation houses are purpose-built and fully equipped to provide a comfortable stay.
