NDIS Quality, Safeguarding & Compliance Coordinator
Andrea has been a dedicated member of the St Anthony’s team for nearly ten years, bringing a wealth of experience from her work across both the Early Learning Centre and Disability Services. In her current role as NDIS Quality, Safeguarding and Compliance Coordinator within the Disability Services team, Andrea oversees safeguarding reporting, compliance and documentation, onboarding of new clients, recruitment and training, and supports the implementation of the Forge program.
She is passionate about ensuring all participants receive the highest quality of care tailored to their individual needs. Andrea is driven by a strong commitment to improving the lives of clients and their families and values being part of a supportive, purpose-driven team that shares this vision.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys watching renovation shows, cooking, travelling, and spending time with her family and friends.
