Paula Rowswell is passionate about building strong, collaborative relationships within teams, supporting participants in achieving their goals, and engaging meaningfully with families and the wider community. Her background in education has shaped her person-centred approach, and she was drawn to St Anthony’s for its alignment with her values and its mission to make a genuine difference in people’s lives.
Holding a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood), Paula has spent many years working closely with children and families in the education sector. This experience has equipped her with strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a deep commitment to upholding individual rights and fostering inclusive, supportive environments where everyone is valued and empowered.
